If you submit a video Comment to our site, such Comments will be deemed not to be confidential or secret, so please do not use our service for any confidential material.

While any personal video comment submitted through our site shall not be deemed explicitly confidentional, Bubble Comment will not use, sell, or promote any personal video comment without the owner's explicit prior approval. We do however, reserve the right to review, and test any video comment submitted to our systems at anytime with or without the owners prior approval to (i) check that video comments do not violate any of our restrictions (ii) to test the quality and proper functionality of our service (iii) or for whatever reason we deem as internally necessary.

Bubble Comment does not collect, store, or make use of any Personal Information of anyone who uses the Bubble Comment Service ("Service Users").
