This Privacy Policy explains the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information within and by the Bubble Comment website ("BUBBLE COMMENT WEBSITE, BubbleComment.com"). "Personal Information" means individually identifiable information that would allow a party to identify you or to contact you (online or in the real world). This type of information includes, for example, your name, address, telephone number, or email address (only the latter of which in certain circumstances we presently collect).
Video Comments
If you submit a video Comment to our site, such Comments are automatically deemed not to be confidential or secret, so please do not use our service for any confidential material as ANY non-secure data transmission over the web is not secure.
Video Comment Usage
All video comments submitted through our FREE basic service shall NOT be deemed explicitly confidentional material and as such, Bubble Comment reserves the right to showcase or reference these comments through our website for any promotional usage unless you specifically request your video comment to NOT be used by use, in which case we will not user your video comment without your explicit permisson.
To opt-out your video comment from possible public usage by our group, send us a direct email about your comment.
All Managed Bubble (subscription based) video comments are automatically excluded from ANY possible promotional usage by Bubble Comment and will NEVER be used or referenced on our web site without your explicit consent.
Bubble Comment reserves the right to review, and test any video comment submitted to our systems at anytime with or without the owners prior approval to (i) check that video comments do not violate any of our restrictions (ii) to test the quality and proper functionality of our service (iii) or for whatever reason we deem as internally necessary.
Cookies
Bubble Comment may use cookies in order to save state information and make it easier to use our service. This data will only be used in conjunction with your use of the service and is not used separately or shared with any third party.
No Personal Information
Bubble Comment does not collect, store, or make use of any Personal Information of anyone who uses the Free Bubble Comment Service ("Service Users"). Whereas our Partners may collect Personal Information, Bubble Comment does not come in contact with, and specifically disclaims any association with, any such information.
Bubble Comment does however collect some information for our Member (subscription based) service, however, this information is NEVER sold or pass along to third party sources.
IP Address
Bubble Comment may record IP information of Service Users. Such information may be used for monitoring, auditing, and reporting use of the recommendations service.
Use of Aggregated Information
We may disclose aggregated information about the use of the Bubble Comment Service to business partners, prospective investors, and others. Additionally, we may produce industry-standard traffic reports for assessing use of the Bubble Comment Service. We will use information only in the aggregate in order to monitor and improve the Bubble Comment Service.
Security
Bubble Comment has implemented and follows industry standard measures to protect against unauthorized access to and unlawful interception or processing of Personal Information. However, no Internet site can fully eliminate security risks.
Children's Online Privacy
Children under 13 are NOT permitted to use the Bubble Comment service without adult supervision and so this privacy policy makes no provision for children's use of the Bubble Comment Website. The Bubble Comment Service does not store any personal information for service users and any personal information collected by Bubble Comment Partners is the sole responsibility of Bubble Comment Partners.
European Union Users
Bubble Comment adheres to the United States/European Union Data Protection Safe Harbor Arrangement, which can be located at http://www.export.gov/safeharbor (the "Safe Harbor"). You expressly consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with this privacy statement. Your personal data may be processed in the country in which it was collected and in the United States. United States laws regarding processing of personal data may be less stringent than the laws in your country.
Outside Parties/Successors
Bubble Comment will only share Personal Information with outside parties in ways that are described in this privacy statement or if we are required to do so by law or in the good-faith belief that such action is necessary in order to conform to the edicts of the law, cooperate with law enforcement agencies, or comply with a legal process served on our website. If Bubble Comment becomes part of another company, that company will possess the Personal Information collected by Bubble Comment and it will assume the rights and obligations regarding your Personal Information as described in this Privacy Policy. Bubble Comment will notify you by email or by putting a prominent notice on the Bubble Comment site before information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.
Personal Information Collected Under Other Circumstances
Bubble Comment may collect and retain personal information from you under other circumstances, such as any communications regarding job postings, service improvements, or support issues.
